Position: Askari Mgambo (Local Militia)

Contract Duration: Three months
Salary: Tshs 10,000/day (approximately Tshs 300,000/month)

General Requirements
- Citizenship: Tanzanian
- Education: Completed Form Four or Six
- Identification: Must have a National ID or NIDA number
- Language: Fluent in Kiswahili and English
- Health: Physically and mentally fit, confirmed by a government doctor
- Drug History: No history of drug abuse
- Criminal Record: No criminal record
- Training: Must have undergone JKT or militia training
- Guarantor: Provide a guarantor’s letter from a government employee and a permanent resident of the area
- Legal Status: No legal or criminal charges
- Age: 18-45 years
- Note: False information will lead to legal action; former government employees dismissed for forgery cannot apply.
Responsibilities
- Guard council property and operations
- Maintain security in assigned areas
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
