Job Summary
TSL is seeking an ICT Intern to manage and support the company’s ICT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ICT systems and networks and a commitment to ensuring the reliability and security of our ICT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain ICT hardware and software components, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Security Measures: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect ICT systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
- User Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Data Protection: Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
- Technical Support: Provide support to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and address technical queries.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain ICT documentation, including systems configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and process improvements from an ICT perspective.
- Social Media Support: Assist with the use of social media channels and ensure appropriate data analytics and governance.
- Training: Train and mentor staff on ICT best practices and security protocols.
- Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with ICT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives requiring ICT expertise.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in ICT support and administration, with strong technical skills in IT systems and networks.
- Skills: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting ICT hardware and software, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
