Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Science, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, or Social Science from a recognized university with a GPA of 2.7 or higher, or three years of relevant work experience.

Duration: 18 months
Level: Postgraduate

(2) Master’s Degree in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering

Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Water and Irrigation, Sanitation, Environment, Chemical Engineering, or Science with a GPA of at least 2.7 from a recognized institution. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the aforementioned fields with a PASS from a recognized institution and three years of relevant work experience.

(3) Master’s Degree in Water Quality and Laboratory Management

Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science/Engineering, Laboratory Management, Water Quality, or Sciences with a GPA of at least 2.7 from a recognized institution. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a PASS from a recognized institution and three years of relevant work experience.

(4) Master’s Degree in Sanitation Management

Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Lower Second-Class (GPA of 2.7) or its equivalent from a recognized institution. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field with a PASS from a recognized institution and three years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor’s Degree

(1) Bachelor’s Degree in Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering

Entry Requirements:

  • Form VI: Two principal passes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, totaling 4.0 points (A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1).
  • A-Level (2014-2015): Two principal passes (two Cs) in the same subjects, totaling 4.0 points (A=5, B+=4, B=3, C=2, D=1).

(2) Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development for Water Supply and Sanitation

Entry Requirements:

  1. Ordinary Diploma in relevant fields such as Water-Related Programs, Sociology, Community Development, etc. OR
  2. Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSE): Two principal passes in any subject (excluding religious subjects) and a pass in English at OCSE level.

(3) Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology and Drilling

Entry Requirements:

  1. Ordinary Diploma in relevant engineering fields with a GPA of 3.0. OR
  2. Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with a minimum average of 3.0 points (C grade). OR
  3. ACSE: Two principal passes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, totaling 4.0 points.

(4) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Hydrology

Entry Requirements:

  1. ACSE: Two principal passes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, totaling 4.0 points. OR
  2. Ordinary Diploma in relevant fields with a GPA of 3.0. OR
  3. FTC: Minimum average of C grade in relevant engineering fields.

(5) Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitation Engineering

Entry Requirements:

  1. ACSE: Two principal passes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. OR
  2. Ordinary Diploma in relevant fields with a GPA of 3.0. OR
  3. FTC: Minimum average of C grade in relevant engineering fields.

(6) Bachelor’s Degree in Water Supply Engineering

(3) Hydrogeology and Water-Well Drilling

a) Holder of Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) with four passes (D grade) in non-religious subjects, three of which should be in any of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics/Engineering Science, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, and Geography; or

(4) Irrigation Engineering

a) Holder of Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) with four passes (D grade) in non-religious subjects, three of which should be in any of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics/Engineering Science, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, and Geography; or

(5) Water Quality and Laboratory Technology
