Specific Course Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Courses

To gain admission into any of the Bachelor’s degree programs at the University of Venda (UNIVEN), applicants must meet the minimum admission requirements. These requirements include a National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent qualification, with at least a level 4 pass in English Home Language or First Additional Language. In addition to this, applicants must also meet the specific admission requirements for the program they wish to apply for.

  • For Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, applicants must have obtained a minimum of 50% in Mathematics, Physical Science, and Life Science in their NSC or equivalent qualification.
