Job Description
Role: Provide effective query resolution service in a professional and friendly manner to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for routine client queries.
Understand and manage risks associated with handling client queries and confidential information.
Communicate fluently in Mandarin.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Degree in Business Commerce or related field.
Experience Required: 3-4 years in:Service management and operations.
Knowledge of business processes for client payment instructions.
Handling client queries with a sound understanding of regulatory requirements.
Experience in global markets and personal banking.
