Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional with expertise in office administration and accounting to join our team. As the backbone of our daily operations, you will ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining accurate financial records. This contract position involves managing office administration, supporting HR tasks, handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive environment.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and handle internal communications.
- Support HR functions, including employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave coordination.
- Schedule meetings, events, and appointments, providing logistical support as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and filing.
- Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets regularly.
- Monitor expenses, manage monthly reconciliations, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Process payroll and assist in the administration of employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
