• Admission Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 2.7.
  • OR Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture or related fields with an average of “B+” or a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management (MSc. CEM) (By Coursework and Dissertation)

• Admission Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Economics, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 2.7.
  • OR Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Economics and Management or relevant fields with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Master of Science in Project Management (MSc. PM) (By Coursework and Dissertation)

• Admission Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 2.7.

• Admission Requirements:
