Role Overview
The Government Relations Manager will establish and maintain effective relationships with various government institutions, advocate for the organization’s interests, and oversee a team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with government entities such as TRA, TIC, BRELA, TPA, NSSF, WCF, and NIC.
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align objectives with institutional partners.
- Performance Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to ensure the team meets performance standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Legislative Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and government regulations that impact the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a role linking a company with government institutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
