Company Overview
KP Group is seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials; order supplies as needed.
- Scheduling: Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
- Security Management: Maintain office security by controlling access and monitoring the reception logbook.
- Clerical Duties: Perform filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers).
- Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professionalism: Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with time-management skills.
Education
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
