Job Description:
As an English Language Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching English to participants at beginner and intermediate levels. You will assess, group, and instruct students in speaking, listening, reading, and conversational skills, ensuring the curriculum is aligned with language learning standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and group students into appropriate language proficiency levels (beginner or intermediate).
- Deliver instruction in speaking, listening, reading, and conversation skills.
- Use proficiency-appropriate materials to foster effective learning.
- Prepare and implement a curriculum in alignment with CEFR or similar standards.
- Ensure accessibility for students with disabilities, providing accommodations such as sign language interpretation or braille materials.
Qualifications:
- TESL/TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience teaching English.
- Ability to design effective lessons for beginner and intermediate learners.
- Experience in conducting assessments and preparing individualized learning recommendations.
