About the Job
Project Growth is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online sales platforms for U.S-based clients. The role involves ensuring maximum visibility, profitability, and customer satisfaction through various e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Improve search engine rankings and drive traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and paid ads.
- Product Catalog Management: Update and maintain product listings for accuracy and consistency.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior and market trends to enhance conversion rates and site performance.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with marketing and customer service to improve the online shopping experience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on sales, site traffic, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Support efforts in email marketing, social media ads, and influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in an e-commerce role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices, including SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, and analytics tools.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and relevant e-commerce software.
- Attributes: Excellent analytical skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.
