Job Description:

The Customer Insights & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for generating digital and value-added services (VAS) reports, providing insights and analytics, and managing monthly and quarterly performance monitoring. The role includes real-time monitoring of database (DB) and revenue forecasting (RF) numbers, as well as reconciliation with the finance team to ensure accuracy in revenues and related costs. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the yearly budget planning for the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track KPIs, product performance, and business metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct daily analysis of customer sentiments, produce reports, and recommend customer-centric actions to keep products relevant.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure digital and VAS products maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor product performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform data-driven market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms and sources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in telecoms.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
