Position Title: Agriculture Management Intern
Location: tamu Tamu, Tanzania; Ifunda, Iringa Rural.
Duration: 3 months
Job Summary:

Consider joining our team as an Agriculture Management Intern. You will work in the field, on strategic projects, and gain hands-on experience in managing agricultural operations. We welcome candidates with a university degree in agriculture, food science, or related fields.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to positive change, with the outlook to grow with an expanding company, moving out of the start-up phase, and venturing into greater product range, more exposure, and significant growth. Demonstrating these qualities during the internship period may in turn lead to long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support – assist in planning and implementing strategies for agricultural projects.
2. Data Assistance – Help collect agricultural data to find ways to improve our farming practices.
3. Project Coordination – Support the coordination of various agricultural projects.
4. Office Tasks – Use basic office tools to create reports and presentations.
5. Language Skills – Communicate effectively in both English and Swahili.
Requirements:
1. Education – University degree in agriculture, food science, or related field.
2. Thinking Skills – Ability to think strategically and contribute ideas.
3. Tech Skills – Basic skills in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
4. Communication – Good communication to team members and external stakeholders.
5. Personality – Out-going, honest, straight-forward, and a happy mentality. We expect our colleagues to enjoy work.

Disclaimer:
- The intern is requested to stay in the Ifunda area, or other area close-by to the farm.
- Internships are not paid at ttt. A small compensation is paid for basic cost coverage. The intern is expected to be able to sustain their basic needs.
- The internship is 3 months. If employment should follow, there will be a 3-month probation period, with an agriculture industry based salary. Performance will be reviewed after 12 months.
- We have high expectations at ttt. The successful applicant will be mentored intensively, with the potential to develop over time to a management level.
