Position Overview
As the Principal Strategist, you will lead innovative system change projects in collaboration with government partners, focusing on enhancing skills-based learning. This role involves driving a diverse portfolio of high-level projects that influence education policy and foster collaboration to improve youth skills development.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide expertise in learning and systems change to integrate products into government systems sustainably.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute new strategies for continuous innovation in student-facing educational products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with government entities to address the gaps between secondary education and post-school opportunities.
- Impact Assessment: Utilize data-driven decision-making to evaluate and drive positive learning outcomes.
- Communication: Cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong background in learning and systems change theory, with knowledge of adult learning and behavioral change.
- Skills: Excellent strategic communication, collaboration, and data analysis capabilities.

- Additional Experience: Familiarity with human-centered design processes, product development, or running experiments is a plus.
