Sokabet Tanzania is urgently hiring 10 Call Center Agents. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting our clients with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in telesales activities as needed.
- Work flexible shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma level education.
- Fluency in Swahili and English (both writing and speaking).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Experience in telesales is an added advantage.
