This funding includes provisions for new diploma loans and the ‘Samia Scholarship,’ which targets high-achieving students in science disciplines. The application window for diploma loans and scholarships is open until October 22, 2023, reflecting HESLB’s dedication to expanding financial aid options for all deserving students.

The board has transitioned to a fully digital application system through the Online Loan Application Management System (OLAMS).
