Role Overview

As an IT Business Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee and support a portfolio of virtual team applications across various locations. Your role includes implementing and supporting solutions under the Consumer-Centric capability area and collaborating with team members to standardize processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects for adapting and implementing centralized systems at regional or local levels. This includes planning, data migration, coordinating resources, and managing transitions to operational status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and D&IT partners to improve existing capabilities or develop new requirements. Collaborate with the Virtual Team Lead to integrate suitable tools into the strategic roadmap and manage the introduction of new solutions.
  • Technology Monitoring: Keep track of technological advancements within JTI and the wider market, identifying and presenting these innovations to business partners.
  • Change Management: Lead specific changes and projects, ensuring successful execution by adhering to JTI’s Project Management Framework, D&IT standards, policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in IT Management of Business Solutions/Application teams (including people management).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP & Salesforce Automations, SQL Data Query, Analytics, PowerBI, B2B/B2C solutions, ServiceNow, and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate), Microsoft Data Lake, and Data Warehouse technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of business processes in the FMCG industry.
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies for medium to large scale projects.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
