Position Title: Agriculture Management Intern

Location: tamu Tamu, Tanzania; Ifunda, Iringa Rural.

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support – assist in planning and implementing strategies for agricultural projects.

2. Data Assistance – Help collect agricultural data to find ways to improve our farming practices.

3. Project Coordination – Support the coordination of various agricultural projects.

4. Office Tasks – Use basic office tools to create reports and presentations.

5. Language Skills – Communicate effectively in both English and Swahili.

Requirements:

1. Education – University degree in agriculture, food science, or related field.

2. Thinking Skills – Ability to think strategically and contribute ideas.

3. Tech Skills – Basic skills in Microsoft Office and similar tools.

4. Communication – Good communication to team members and external stakeholders.

Disclaimer:

The intern is requested to stay in the Ifunda area, or other area close-by to the farm.
Internships are not paid at ttt. A small compensation is paid for basic cost coverage. The intern is expected to be able to sustain their basic needs.
The internship is 3 months. If employment should follow, there will be a 3-month probation period, with an agriculture industry based salary. Performance will be reviewed after 12 months.
We have high expectations at ttt. The successful applicant will be mentored intensively, with the potential to develop over time to a management level.
